Refund policy

Our standard policy is that we do not offer refunds or returns if the item is simply unwanted or your mind has changed. If you receive an item damaged/faulty we will of course exchange/refund this for you. In any such case you must notify us within 7 days or receiving item.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Once received and fault checked the item will be refunded/exchanged within 10 days of receipt by us via payment method used originally.
