Shipping policy

All parcels are dispatched 1pm daily. Standard flat rate delivery parcels are all sent Royal mail first class recorded delivery; this service is aimed for next day but can sometimes take 2-3days. Please note, TwentyOne09 are not responsible for any parcels that are attempted to be delivered and the parcel is subsequently not picked up from the Post Office.

If you receive a card from the courier saying they have attempted a delivery, please follow the instructions provided by the courier for redelivery. Please double check and confirm the address is full and correct. Any addresses provided with missing house numbers or incorrect postcodes and go missing will be at the responsibility of the buyer, we can only send to the address provided.
